Where markets meet people.
The industry's marketplace since 1880 –
2026 in its 31st edition and for the first time with Munich Organic.
Since 1880, the Bavarian Commodity Exchange has been the central hub for trade, raw materials, and professional exchange in Southern Bavaria. The International Bavarian Commodity Exchange has grown out of this tradition and will take place for the 31st time in 2026. This year, the event is undergoing significant further development: With the integration of Munich Organic, a joint platform for the conventional and organic markets is being created for the first time. One event—two areas of focus—one strong network.
Why participate?
More than an event
A meeting place for exchange, market information and business development.
The Bavarian Commodities Exchange is neither a traditional trade show nor a conference. It is a place where markets are discussed, contacts are cultivated, and new business deals are prepared—all in a single, compact day, on an equal footing, and with real added value for every participating company.

Networking
Build and strengthen valuable connections with distributors, mills, producers, and decision-makers across the entire industry.

Market information
Get concise insights into price trends, market trends, and current topics in the agricultural and organic sectors.

Business development
Meet potential customers, suppliers, and partners in person—to lay the groundwork for substantive discussions and new business opportunities.

Industry exchange
Discuss current challenges with fellow professionals and gain new perspectives for your day-to-day business.
Thematic worlds
Two thematic worlds.
A shared network.
Conventional and ecological markets in dialogue.
Visitors can move freely between the two thematic areas and benefit from collaboration across the entire supply chain—from trade to procurement to logistics (Trade · Supply · Logistics). What were previously considered separate areas will come together on a single platform in 2026.
